Apex supports families in navigating the school system and ensuring continuity of services across home, clinic, and educational environments. School collaboration includes IEP review and consultation, coordination with teachers and school‑based therapists, behavior‑support recommendations, transition planning, and functional behavior assessments when permitted.

This service is particularly valuable for military families who frequently transition between school districts and must re‑establish appropriate support. Apex’s collaborative approach strengthens communication across settings and empowers families to advocate effectively for their child’s educational needs.
