Meet Seth and Victoria

Seth and Victoria founded Apex with a deeply personal understanding of what families experience when a child needs support. As parents of a neurodivergent child, they know what it means to juggle multiple therapies and schedules, navigate conflicting recommendations, and coordinate providers who are all working toward the same goal.

Their experience shaped a clear vision for Apex: one collaborative team centered around one child and one family. Clinicians across disciplines communicate, share goals, listen to caregivers, and work together to make therapy coordinated, practical, and meaningful in everyday life.

Seth and Victoria created Apex to give families the connected care they wished had been easier to find themselves.

From Our Families

Real stories from real families. See how coordinated, compassionate care helps children grow in confidence and reach their full potential.

“Everyone was working toward the same goals.”

From the very first consultation, the team at Apex made us feel supported and understood. What stood out most was how the ABA, speech, and OT therapists all worked together around the same goals. Within a few months, our son made huge progress in communication, transitions, and daily routines.

“One coordinated care team under one roof.”

We had previously been juggling multiple providers, and it was exhausting. Apex changed everything. Having one coordinated care team under one roof gave us clarity, consistency, and confidence. Our daughter is now communicating more, eating better, and showing so much more independence.

“The level of professionalism here is exceptional.”

Every therapist clearly understands our child’s goals, and the collaboration between speech and occupational therapy has made such a difference. We finally feel like everyone is on the same page.

“The in-home support has been a game changer.”

The strategies they introduced into our daily routines helped reduce stress at home and gave us practical tools we could actually use. The progress has been incredible.
