Adrienne Muss, M.Ed., LBA, BCBA
Adrienne has always been passionate about helping others grow to reach their goals behaviorally, academically, socially, and within their homes and communities.
Adrienne earned her B.A. in Psychology from Syracuse University. Her academic concentration within the discipline of Psychology was identification and treatment of Childhood and Adolescent Developmental Disorders. While at Syracuse University, Adrienne also earned her B.A. in Spanish, which has helped her connect with Spanish speaking clients and professionals throughout her career.
Adrienne earned her Masters Degree in Special Education from George Mason University, graduating with honors and a 4.0 GPA. Adrienne simultaneously earned her Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from George Mason University. Adrienne is now a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst, and proudly serves clients in Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
Throughout her career, Adrienne has worked with clients to modify behaviors in order to accomplish goals to increase success and happiness within their homes, schools, and communities.
Adrienne uses a range of proven techniques to provide individualized support to clients, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Direct Instruction (DI) as well as Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Early Start Denver Model curriculum (ESDM), Denial/Delay Tolerance Training (DDT), and other evidence and skill based interventions.
Adrienne believes that communication and collaboration with clients’ families, educational teams, physical therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and behavioral technicians are crucial to the successful development and generalization of skills. Adrienne is always excited to join clients’ existing teams as well as to build their support group and community around them. Adrienne is continuously proud to witness and contribute to clients’ progress and success.

Victoria brings both professional experience and a parent’s perspective to her role at Apex. As the parent of a neurodivergent child, she understands firsthand how complex it can be to navigate therapies, education, competing recommendations, and the everyday realities of raising a child with different needs. That experience shaped her belief that families deserve both excellent clinical care and a collaborative team that listens, communicates, and makes the process easier to navigate. A conference interpreter by training, Victoria has spent her career helping people communicate across languages and perspectives. She also teaches multilingual children and has extensive firsthand experience with individualized and homeschool education. At Apex, Victoria serves as a first point of contact for families, helping parents navigate the intake process, connect with the right services, and communicate their priorities to the clinical team. She is especially passionate about ensuring families feel heard, informed, and supported from their first conversation with Apex onward.
Family Advocate / Intake Coordinator / Co-ownerSeth T. French, MHA, Colonel (Ret.)
Seth brings to Apex more than 30 years of executive leadership and healthcare operations experience from the U.S. Army Medical Department, where he led global medical organizations, shaped enterprise level policy, and supported millions of beneficiaries across five continents. Throughout his career, Seth directed strategic planning and medical operations at the highest levels of Army Medicine, including the Office of the Surgeon General and Army Medical Command, where he improved readiness, streamlined systems, and guided teams through crisis environments such as the COVID 19 pandemic. Apex Neurodevelopment is rooted in Seth’s personal journey as a father of a son with autism. After years of navigating inconsistent services, long waitlists, and relocations between duty stations, he envisioned a therapy center built on dignity, clinical excellence, and genuine partnership with families. Apex reflects the clinic he wished existed for his own child: a place where children receive exceptional care, and parents feel supported, informed, and empowered. Seth holds a Master of Health Care Administration from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Austin Peay State University. He leads Apex with a mission driven commitment to delivering meaningful progress, hope, and a world class experience for families across Northern Virginia.
