We want your visit to Apex Neurodevelopment Therapy Center to feel smooth from the moment you arrive. Our office is located at 1428 Harbor Point Drive, Suite 210, Virginia Beach, VA 23452, inside the Harbor Point Medical Plaza. This page will help families understand where to park, how to enter the building, and how to find our office once they arrive.Because new locations can sometimes feel confusing, especially when arriving with a child, we recommend reviewing the instructions below before your appointment. We have also included helpful video sections for the drive-in route, parking garage, building entrance, and walking directions to our office.
Office Address
Apex Neurodevelopment Therapy Center is located at 1428 Harbor Point Drive, Suite 210, Virginia Beach, VA 23452. When using GPS, please enter the full address instead of only searching the business name. This will help direct you to the correct building entrance at Harbor Point Medical Plaza.If you are coming from Lynnhaven Parkway, turn onto Harbor Point Drive and continue straight until you see the Harbor Point Medical Plaza sign on the right. The building is a two-story medical office plaza with a glass front entrance and visitor parking located beside the main entrance.
How to Enter the Property
When you arrive on Harbor Point Drive, look for the entrance marked Harbor Point Medical Plaza Visitor Parking. Turn into the driveway and follow the signs toward the parking garage entrance. The garage entrance is located on the right side of the building, just past the main drop-off area.If you are being dropped off, the closest drop-off point is directly in front of the main glass entrance. Families may briefly stop there so a parent or caregiver can safely help the child out of the vehicle before proceeding inside.Video Placeholder: Drive-In Route Video

Where to Park
Visitor parking is available in the Harbor Point Medical Plaza Parking Garage. Families may park in any space marked Visitor Parking on Level P1 or Level P2. The spaces closest to the elevator are usually available on Level P2, which provides the easiest access to the building lobby.Please avoid parking in reserved provider spaces, staff-only areas, fire lanes, loading zones, or spaces marked for other businesses. If visitor parking is full, additional parking is available in the open surface lot behind the building near the East Entrance.Video Placeholder: Parking Garage Video

How to Enter the Building
After parking, follow the signs toward the Main Lobby Entrance. If you park in the garage, take the elevator or stairs to the lobby level and enter through the glass doors marked Harbor Point Medical Plaza. If you park in the surface lot, follow the walkway toward the main entrance at the front of the building.Once inside the lobby, you will see the building directory near the reception desk. Apex Neurodevelopment Therapy Center is located on the second floor in Suite 210. Suite 210 Directions
Apex Neurodevelopment Therapy Center is located in Suite 210 on the second floor. After exiting the elevator, turn left and follow the hallway past Harbor Point Pediatrics and Coastal Family Therapy. Apex will be the third office on the right, with our name and logo displayed beside the door.When you arrive, please check in at the front desk. A member of our team will welcome you, confirm your appointment, and guide you through the next steps. Before Your Appointment
For your first visit, please bring your insurance card, parent or guardian identification, completed intake forms, and any documents our team requested before your appointment. This may include previous evaluations, diagnostic reports, therapy notes, school documents, IEP paperwork, feeding history, or medical information related to your child’s therapy needs.If your child uses comfort items, sensory tools, communication devices, preferred snacks, feeding items, or transition supports, you are welcome to bring them. Our goal is to make your child feel as comfortable and supported as possible during the visit.

If your child has mobility needs, sensory sensitivities, anxiety with new places, difficulty transitioning from the car, or challenges entering unfamiliar buildings, please let us know before your visit. We can help make the arrival process smoother by giving you additional instructions or preparing our team for your child’s needs.Families are welcome to arrive a few minutes early if their child needs extra time to transition. We want the first visit to feel calm, welcoming, and supportive from the moment you arrive.
